How often does it check heart rate? I need measurements every 5 minutes even without physical activityBack to product

When you physically start a workout/activity (by pushing the button), it samples every 30-seconds. However, that is not clear since their software "upgrade" a few months ago (summer 2018), which for some reason, deleted the exact timestamp on every reading. I wish they'd bring that feature back. In addition to not seeing when a particular measurement was taken, you must add the minutes on the x-axis timeline, on the app, to your start time in order to see when a particular heart rate occurred.
